  • Gambling affecting work, sleep or relationships

What to do now

  1. Stop and do not try to win money back.
  2. Use deposit, loss and time limits, then request self-exclusion.
  3. Block gambling payments where your bank or wallet supports it.
  4. Tell someone you trust and ask them to help protect access to money.
  5. Contact a qualified local support or health service.
